SUMMARY :-

 During the Preparatory stage, you were friendly, good communication, your business writing needed  improvement . Your Participation was good during workshops and sessions. You are a unique team player  but  I want you to be more involved and take initiative. I expect so much more from you!

 

 Abdelrhman; having you in my team was a true blessing even though there were times that made me  wonder!  But I always knew you could do anything once you put your mind into it.

 You have an HR quality however without proper practice this talent would be wasted. I urge you to participate  whenever you can! And I do hope I get to see you perform. 

 

CONFERENCE :-

 During this phase I assigned on of my coaches to observe your performance. The chart below is the average o  of the three days. As it is depicted I find you overall performance satisfactory. However; I recommend you work  on your leadership, your participation was very good yet the you have a discipline issue! Which in turn affected  your communication.

 

 On the bright side you are flexible and a team player your Credibility is noted-Meaning you have good research  methods. I want you to have more discipline though, don’t waste your good qualities, and have a little more  control. I expect so much more from you because I know you possess great qualities.
