Professional Information: 

 

 Your performances continue to be excellent as evaluated by your peers. I concur with that assessment based  on my observations of your presentations and instructional materials. I applaud your success in the  instructional activities. I also want to express my sincere appreciation and that of the committee’s for your  contributions.

 

 The majority of your activities and efforts are directly related to instructional innovations. The prestige  associated with your most excellent performance continues to profit not only your professional development,  but the overall committee's reputation. I find your performance in to be above average.

 

 For the reasons I have indicated, I consider your overall performance to be above average. As I mentioned before in  less formal session you belong to the stage, however this could be both a blessing and a curse. A blessing for  your most excellent performance on stage.

 A curse because it may affect your partners on stage so, to avoid  this you must pair with one of the same  level or try to match the rhythm. Also, this could affect your coaching  ability so I recommend trying to transfer  this charisma to your fellows. Try to let them be on stage, this is the  remark of a head which I believe you  possess and I hope you seizethe opportunity to mentor others as it will  help you grow even more as a person  yet will let you guide others and when that comes I urge you to  remember that a team will and must not about  you it’s about them.

HR Commentary

 

Having the ability to present on stage is great, but mastering this ability and knowing how to keep your audience attentive is the greatest.Working with someone with your experience in presenting has been a privilege to AIMUN’14. You have managed to combine between charisma and flexibility which makes of you a great presenter. You were born to be on stage and I know you will always find a way to stay there.

Head's Commentary

 

If I can describe you, I would say a body built man with an innocent child within.  The best thing about you is that you care about people in a very kind manner. We need examples like you in this world. A world that is full of hate and war can always be subsided with the ones who spread the care and love to the people around. Omar you have taught the meaning of caring about others and I thank you for that. My advice to you Omar is, to give a bit of care to the people you give to a special person. His name is Omar Nehad. Don’t forget to give yourself a bit of attention while you’re spreading your care to others.

 

I wish you a lovely life filled with joy and people you care about.
