 Your performances continue to be average as evaluated by your peers. I concur with that assessment  based on my observations of your assigned tasks. I also want to express my sincere appreciation and that  of the committee’s for your contributions and the urge for improvement.

 

 I urge you to continue to practicing for you do have great potential.

 

 Next year, I hope you will come back even stronger and give it truly your all.

 

 For the reasons I have indicated, I consider your overall performance to be satisfactory with improvements  needed. I would also encourage you to visit and observe some of your colleagues' sessions to see how they  are conducted while keeping the interest of delegates.
