 Your performance continues to be of very good quality as evidenced by my review of your assigned tasks.

 If we look at the chart below; your attitude was excellent. Your relationship with your team mates was very  good.

 

 For preparations of materials required and your availability to tasks required was less than expected.  Whenever a crisis would occur you had issues! I recommend you try to observe how your colleagues  handle the situation and analyze that.

 

 My advice to you is to be more involve with the team work activities, enjoy the time you spend with your  colleagues. If you do that your work will not forgotten and will be remarkable to all.

 

 In summary, and for those reasons above, it is my judgment that your overall performance based on your  evaluations, peer reviews and my observation is average yet a sign of improvement is noted and much  appreciated and encouraged.
