 During the initial phase you were very calm and still are! Which is a very good trait for it gives  you the advantage of observing and analyzing more but as your coach I want you to take that  a bit further and share it out-loud!

 

 I think you could make a wonderful leader, give yourself the chance to broaden your horizon  and discover different parts of your personality.

 

 During the conference days I assigned one of my coaches to observe you, the feedback of  your overall performance was average. I expect much more of you, keep participating and  gaining experience.
