CONFERENCE :-

 During this phase I assigned on of my coaches to observe your performance. The chart below is the average of  the three days. As it is depicted I recommend you work on your leadership, your participation was very good yet  the message doesn’t seem to get through the other party so, try to formulate proper communication means. On  the bright side you’re flexible and a teamplayer. I want you to have more confidence. I expect so much more  from you because I know you are a "Doer" as in a person with amazing strength and smart enough to plan  ahead.
