 You are very helpful, and you are a unique team player. You are objective which is rare for most! 

 However I want you to keep improving this part in you. I want you to improve your leadership skills  because you  have the quality!

 

 During the conference from the many reviews I collected on your performance you seem to be a very  good team player and you overall communication was very good, I want you to take more initiative in the  near future. Your data was very accurate and your tone was appropriate.
