 During the model you have shown great potential. you are friendly, courteous, and your calm nature  makes it easier for those around you to work with you.

 when needed you take initiative however I want you to be more involved. do not wait for the opportunity;  you have to create it!

  

Based on my observation and your peer reviews I find your overall performance to be satisfactory.  

 

 However I want you to believe in your abilities, you are a great team player and you seem to have a good  perception of any situation at hand.

 

 You are young and the opportunities will always present themselves my advice cease these chances  and  little by little change yourself for the better. at times things will seem tough and you would feel down  but  trust me everything will be alright if it still not then its still not the end.Keep your head high and set a  goal,  a dream and pursue it.

 

 I encourage you to participate again but during that time i want you to give it your all. I know you can do  great things.
