 Dear Gerges;

  I would like to thank you for your commitment to the AIMUN program, during the initial phase you did your  best. Your relationship with your colleagues was good; you seem like someone with a clear goal, however  your approach sometimes seems a bit extreme! What I mean by this is that you want immediate results  but in reality this will never happen, I urge you to learn to be patient try to learn how to speculate the  process and to estimate if the results will be matching what you have in mind!

 

 Wanting things your way is good it means you care about the details. But you must also, consider the  different abilities of the people and resources you have at a certain time, and a certain situation.

 

 I know that you have much more potential, and this evaluation is certainly not an indicator of your normal  performance.

 I believe in time and with experience you will come to learn and understand this. I hope I get to see you as  an AIMUN staff next year.

 

 During the conference from the many reviews I collected on your performance you seem to be a good  team player and you overall communication was moderate, which is why I want you to keep participating  till you get the grasp of communicating with different types of people, your message must be  understandable to all!
