The Conference:
Like all delegates, the first day of the conference was pretty hard, and everyone was confused, but after that you started to know well how to work it out. Your participation was really helpful. Moreover, it appeared like you made enough preparations trying to understand the position that you are simulating. You showed good level of teamwork, discipline, and flexibility. However, you need to improve your leadership skills. I believe that by working on yourself little bit more you are going to be a great leader one day, and I’m sure that you are going to reach it with that smile that is always on you face.
