 Your performance continues to be of very good quality as evidenced by my review of your assigned tasks.

 

 If we look at the chart below; your attitude was excellent. Your relationship with your team mates was very  good.

 

 For preparations of materials required and your availability to tasks required was just about average.  However, you need to be in control!

 

 My advice to you is to try to observe your colleagues how they conduct their tasks, how they share and  generate ideas. If you do that your work will not forgotten and will be remarkable to all.
