Your performances continue to be average as evaluated by your peers. I concur with that assessment based on my observations of your presentations and instructional materials. I also want to express my sincere appreciation and that of the committee’s for your contributions and the urge for improvement.

I urge you to continue to practicing for you do have great potential.

Next year, I hope you will come back even stronger and give it truly your all.

For the reasons I have indicated, I consider your overall performance to be satisfactory with improvements needed. I would also encourage you to visit and observe some of your colleagues' sessions to see how they are conducted while keeping the interest of delegates. I expect you to take more of a leadership role and to attend and contribute more in the future.

HR Commentary

Having such ambition and vision to inspire others at a young age as yours was definitely an impressive element from the first day in the project. You had to meet so many challenges starting with facing the delegates and trying to gain elders’ respect. AIMUN’14 has given you the opportunity to learn and develop your presentation skills. We’re looking forward to seeing a great Academic Committee member in AIMUN’15.

May God bless you!

Head's Commentary

Ali, Ali, Ali. My youngest Academic Committee member. I am really quite fond of you Ali. If I would ever wish for anything in my life is to be in your shoes my little AC, so I would have the time you have now in order to make a difference. You have managed to take responsibility in such a young age and that is a great thing but you still have got your life ahead of you. Never ever stop being a member in changing the community. Also, never ever stop in changing yourself to become a better person. Ali, you have not yet faced life’s toughest challenges, but if you do (and you will eventually will) I need you to stay strong. Never give in. My advice to you Ali is, if life gives you lemons you make lemonade, Sprite, 7UP or anything your heart takes you to. Just don’t make life bring you down and enjoy everything it throws at you, even if it was so bitter.

Keep on changing the community to the better and I wish you all the best in life.
