Professional Information:

 

 You continue to be excellent in your working ethics, both in the sessions and during HR activities and  delegate’s feedback. You are an HR who devotes a great amount of personal effort and interest to your daily  activities. As one would expect, evaluations of your performance remain very high in all categories.

 

 You  Participating in AIMUN, as part of the Human Resources Committee, the development of a new course  and  your contributions led to significantly the overall success of the Committee and the model.

 

 Above all, you  remain open and receptive to comments and suggestions as to how you can grow and  improve. You are making an outstanding contribution to your fellows and to the instructional program of  AIMUN.

 

 In addition to your assigned responsibilities, and suggestions that consistently shows initiative, is proactive, a  go-getter, anticipates and resolves challenges. Your colleagues find you to be quite candid in discussions but  always ready to listen and be a team player.

People with visions, who know what they’re exactly doing and where they’re heading at ,are the most successful ones.  They can be easily spotted through their determination and organized ideas. You are definitely one of those people. Since the beginning of preparatory stage, you have been focusing on the details of what should be done and how to do it, so you can apply it perfectly in the sessions phase. As a coach, you have had a huge influence not only on your delegates, but also on your fellow staff member. You have indirectly motivated the team to work better and share their ideas and for that I thank you dearly. Thanks for inspiring me.
