summary:-

 During the first period of the sessions you were calm and friendly. Your interaction was poor and activity  during session was very little! As your coach I was hoping you make use of this experience and try to  improve yourself. The chance to do that still exists I urge you to participate one more time.  

 

Conference:-

 The first day I noticed that you did try your best however the message didnt seem to get through the  other party! As for the second day I was glad that you were in the front seat yet the problem remains!

 You need to work on your communication skills.

 

 As your coach I advice you that as you listen you need to observe, analyze what you hear and see to  benefit. Thinking that only listening will do is not enough, you need to process what you heard!
