During the preparatory stage, your participation was great. I’ve noticed that you have high level of flexibility and acceptance to other cultures and backgrounds. For me personally, I consider your feedback about the sessions one of the things that helped in improving the performance of the staff members to deliver a high quality content of information and skills that suits such delegates.
I liked how much you are self-confident and calm. This shows that you believe in yourself and your abilities.

The Conference:
Like all delegates, the first day of the conference was pretty hard, and everyone was confused, but after that you started to know well how to work it out. Your participation was really helpful. Moreover, it appeared like you made enough preparations trying to understand the position that you are simulating. You showed good level of teamwork, credibility, and as I said before self-confidence. However, you need to improve your communication skills little bit more, so you can express yourself and your thoughts in an effective way. I believe that with more work on yourself you are going to be a very successful person one day.
I hope you continue your success in every field of your life in both sides professionally and personally.
