Professional Information:- 

 

 Dear Mr. Abdallah;

  I would like to personally thank you for your commitment to the AIMUN program, during the initial phase  you did your best, it was obvious in your participation during sessions, workshops, or online!

 Your relationship with your colleagues was very good; from your peer reviews it is clear that you are social  and courteous, your team efforts are much noted. You try your best to commit to the task at hand.

 

 You are someone who isn’t afraid to speak your mind. You should keep the later quality and further  improve it. I want you to show your true colors! I know that you can be a good leader if given the chance.

 

 You need to challenge yourself in that aspect. For being a part of a team is wonderful and you are already  good at it, now you need to learn how to manage the team, how to handle the pressure!

 

 Perhaps apply as an OC or an HR next year this should be a very good start improve this skill of yours!

 I hope I get to see you as an AIMUN staff next year.

 

 During the conference from the many reviews I collected on your performance you seem to be a very  good team player and you overall communication was good as well. Your data gathering needs a bit more  work however it was appropriate at the time.
