SUMMARY: -

  During the Preparatory stage, you were cooperative, and friendly. Your Participation was somewhat good  during workshops, sessions or online! You are a good team player but I want you to be more involved.  Keep it up.

 

CONFERENCE: -

 During this phase I assigned one of my coaches to observe your performance. The chart below is the  average of the three days.

 

 As it is depicted I recommend you work on your leadership, your participation was  good yet the message  doesn’t seem to get through the other party so, try to formulate proper communication means.
