 It is apparent that you have continued to meet and exceed your job expectations. You have made some  significant contributions, which have had a positive impact on the team’s performance.

 

 I especially appreciate your outstanding work ethics-commitment and attitude. I know there are times when  it’s tough to stay motivated and perform well, but you showed a strong commitment to your goals and I  appreciate that. You are a dedicated and hardworking individual keep it up.

 

 I do believe that under normal conditions you would have showed even more promise than you already.

 I find your overall performance to be above average.

 

 You are enthusiastic, positive, a quick learner, not afraid to ask questions and always available when  needed.

 

 I hope in the near future you will be Head of HR and pass on your knowledge to others, for you have  demonstrated a mastery role model.
