During this phase I assigned on of my coaches to observe your performance. The chart below is the average of the three days.
As it is depicted I find you overall performance satisfactory. However; I recommend you work on your leadership, your participation was average which reflected on your leadership skill. Your communication needs to be more accurate and more confidence.
On the bright side you are flexible and a team player your discipline is noted-Meaning you have an urge to learn. You have to break your barrier and take chances you will be surprised.
