  It is apparent that you have continued to meet and exceed your job expectations. You have made some  significant contributions, which have had a positive impact on the team’s performance.

 

 I especially appreciate your outstanding work ethics-commitment, attitude and your remarkable analytical  abilities.  I know there are times when it’s tough to stay motivated and perform well, but you showed a  strong commitment to your goals and I appreciate that. You are a dedicated and hardworking individual  keep it up.

 

 If I do have any recommendations it would be working further improving your control and time management  other than that I find your overall Performance outstanding.

 I have mentioned before in more less formal sessions how your confidence and wonderfully friendly  character have impacted the team.
