SUMMARY:-  

 

During the Preparatory stage, you were calm, friendly and cooperative with your mates. . Your proper ethical manner was noted. We hoped to see more of your participation throughout the workshops & sessions, as we have witnessed who outstanding your performance can be. At the beginning I thought you were an introvert but you remarkable performance in the conference confused me. either your talents were hidden or you have shown great development throughout the model. Either ways, you should be so proud as we are.  

 

 We hoped to see more dedication and commitment regarding your attendance. but we understand that you may had some difficulties. 

 

You informed us at the beginning that you wanted to change the negativity in you. I'd like to tell you that there's no need to be negative when you have such potentials and talents. Also, You are a unique team player who has remarkable leadership potential. Keep it up.  

 

CONFERENCE:-  

 

During this phase, your performance was observed. The chart below shows a comparison between the 3 conference days. you've developed in communication, credibility (providing proven facts), preparation and participation. I recommend you work on your leadership, teamwork skills in addition to being more flexibility in dealing with teammates., be more clear, to the point and stick to formality. I want to keep moving forward and never give up on what you want to achieve. We know that you are able to achieve so much more. You are a "Doer" as in a person with amazing strength and smart enough to plan ahead.
