SUMMARY :-

 

  During the Preparatory stage, you were friendly, modest communication skills.

 Your Participation was good during workshops and sessions, and there was always an effort  to do more    when a chance presents itself.

 You are a good team player but I want you to learn how to be in control i.e manage your  stress level. 

 

 You are young and I believe that with experience you will show your true colors. I hope I get to see you perform in the near future, I am sure you will be a great AC.

 

 

CONFERENCE :-

   

 During this phase I assigned one of my coaches to observe your performance. The chart  below is the    average of the three days.

 

 As it is depicted I find you overall performance was satisfactory. However; I recommend you work on your  discipline,  

 try to have more self-control with proper communication means.

 

 

 On the bright side you are a great team player and can take initiative when needed.
