Professional Information: 

 

Dear Ms.Sarah;

  I would like to thank you for your commitment to the AIMUN program, during the initial phase you tried  your best. Your relationship with your colleagues is pleasant and your participation during sessions was a  bit below what is expected however during workshops you seemed to enjoy it and you would share your  ideas.

 

 I would like you to take the same interest also during the sessions, you listen then but I want you to take  it further, I want you to analyze every move. And do not hesitate to ask when needed.

 

 During the conference you attended only one day, our policy states that we shouldn't consider your  candidature however from reviews of the hr coaches and colleagues it would be unfair not to address  your performance during that time. You represented your delegation well on your own, yes mistakes  were made but personally I find it a these so called mistakes an opportunity for further improvement.

 And I hope you did learn from this experience.

 

 

 Keep moving forward, and I hope i get to see you perform in the near future.
