 Your performances continue to be slightly above average as evaluated by your peers. I concur with that  assessment based on my observations of your assigned tasks. I also want to express my sincere  appreciation and that of the committee’s for your contributions and the urge for improvement.

 

 If we look at the chart below; your attitude with your team members was very remarkable. You’ve built a very  valuable relationship with all. You worked under pressure and did your best to manage any crisis occur  through sessions. Your availability was questioned so,  my advice to you focus more on your commitment,  and do your best to offer more time and to help your team mates and project with any materials required to  complete the work .

 

 I urge you to continue to practicing for you do have great potential.

 

 Next year, I hope you will come back even stronger and give it truly your all.
