SUMMARY: -

  During the Preparatory stage, you were calm, friendly, and seem to have a certain view of how to do  things. Your Participation was very good during workshops, sessions or online! You are a good team  player but I want you to be more involved. Keep it up.

 

CONFERENCE: -

 During this phase I assigned one of my coaches to observe your performance. The chart below is the  average of the three days.

 As it is depicted your participation was very good yet the message doesn’t seem to get through the other  party so, try to formulate proper communication means.

 

 On the bright side you’re flexible and a team player and have a good sense of leadership. I want you to  have more confidence in your team and try to reach out to the other person.

 

 I expect so much more from  you because I know you amazing strength, and motivation to do so much.
