 Professional Information:

 

 

 Your performances continue to be excellent as evaluated by your peers. I concur with that assessment based  on my observations of your presentations and instructional materials. I applaud your success in the instructional  activities. I also want to express my sincere appreciation and that of the committee’s for your contributions.

 

 The majority of your activities and efforts are directly related to instructional innovations. The prestige    associated with your most excellent performance continues to profit not only your professional development, but  the overall committee's reputation. I find your performance in to be above average.

 In general, your governance and service activities continue to be adequate and in line with your assignments.  However, I encourage you to get more involved.

 

 For the reasons I have indicated, I consider your overall performance to be average or satisfactory with  improvements needed. As mentioned, I would like to see you focus on consistency in your instructional program  along with continually trying new methods of instruction. I would also encourage you to visit and observe in  some of your colleagues' sessions to see how they are conducted. I expect you to take more of a leadership  role.

 

 I believe you need to interact more and not to hesitate speak your mind as I am sure you have it in you to lead as  well as you are a great team player.

Head's Commentary

 

One of the few descent women I have ever met. Salma, I truly enjoyed working with you in the past year. But I really want something from you. I want you to be more self confident. Say “No” when you feel it is a no and say “Yes” when you feel like it. Salma, you are very pure from the inside, so don’t give a chance to anyone to use your purity against you or against anyone else. Finally, always focus on making this world a better place. I wish you all the best and make your life be filled with joy and happiness.
