SUMMARY:-

 

During the Preparatory stage, you were friendly, and seem to have a clear goal. Your Participation was good although we hope to listen to you more well during workshops, sessions or online. You are a unique team player and have very good leader capabilities. Keep it up.

 

CONFERENCE:-

 

During this phase your performance has been observed. The chart shows the difference between the first and last days and accordingly you development. As it is depicted I recommend you work on your teamwork skills, your communication and participation are good but they fluctuated. We believe that you need to believe in yourself more, you are unique and special, and you should always remember that.

 

On the bright side you are a great team member with great leadership potentials. I expect so much more of you because I know you are a "Doer" as in a person with amazing strength and smart enough to plan ahead.
