Professional Information: 

 

Summary: -

 During the Preparatory stage, you were very confident towards what you were about to face during our  Model as we felt right away that you will add value to your friends scope and to yourself and most  importantly you had this determined look which explains a lot why you wanted to be part of our model and  how much you wanted to experience it.

 Your participation during our sessions was Acceptable although  we were expecting more from you as you  were among many young school students so it would have been  great if you could share more of your  deep thoughts with this age verities.

 

 Obviously you were so friendly among your friends, you seek to recognize, understand everything, and  you were tactful, diplomatic, cooperative and open-minded.

 

Conference:-

 During this phase your participation was really good as you appeared as the silent guest during most of  our sessions until we saw this giant destructor at the conference zone, which showed how much you  developed this part in yourself. I will never forget the conflicts you faced among your partners and how you  reacted towards all this difficult period, it was really remarkable that you showed how much you are  committed, organized and keen on showing your delegation. However, I wished you could had some skills  to deal more with your partners as some of them needed your help to know how to start thus of course you  could have guided them.

 

 All in all I should say that Alaa the person we saw during the interview is different from the one we saw in  the conference you were enthusiastic, confident and professional, indeed that was the same result you  wanted to reach when you decided to start all this journey.

 

 You know in our last part we should give a special advice for you, but honestly I might not have any  because I knew that you joined Save lately on a higher position and you earned the Best AC title besides  our very special choice for becoming the Best Delegate in Aimun14" all this really made me Thrilled as I  am so confident towards your Bight future, Besides I am so looking forward to hear more successful news  about you , just consider these words, " Always try to ask yourself if you are satisfied of what you have  achieved yet or not" if YES trust me you have done nothing if NO then prepare everyone around you to  see who you will turn to be one day" Best of luck.
