Your performance during the conference was less than expected. Though, you worked on yourself to be better. At the beginning, you were scared of facing anyone including yourself. In terms of performance, your evaluation for the conference was less than the sessions but in terms of your development, the sessions will be higher than the conference. You developed in terms of public speaking, communication and teamwork as well. Never underestimate yourself because you always have more to give, because you can add many things to this world if and only if you believed in yourself.
