Professional Information:

 

 During the Preparatory stage, you seemed to have an idea of how to conduct things, you participated well  yet more was expected from you.

 

  From my observation you should work more on your body language. Try to 'post' yourself in a comfortable  position while presenting to loosen the stress level, also your eye contact needs to improve.

 

 If I do have any comments it would be you having a little more self-control. Stand in for your opinions, and try  to manage the team in an orderly manner!

 

 For the reasons mentioned earlier I find your overall performance to be average.
