SUMMARY:-

 

 During the Preparatory stage, you were calm, friendly, and seem to have a clear goal which was building up your confidence. That, and in addition to getting worried and uncomfortable when dealing with teammates. We're proudly saying that you have worked well on these parts. Regarding your participation during the sessions, we hoped to see more of your comments and responses. However your commitment and dedication have impacted your performance during the conference. You are a golden team member who also has hidden leadership capabilities.  Keep it up.

 

CONFERENCE:-

 

 During this phase, your performance has been observed. The chart below shows a comparison between your performances in the 3 days. Your development is obvious in the communication, confidence and team work. This means that you have got more confident talking to others but with a slight fear. That fear will be illuminated once you believe that you are unique, special and strong enough to face the world.

 

 I recommend you work on your leadership skills and continue with building up your confidence. As, your communication was very good in terms of clarity and ethics between your team mates yet that doesn't gives you the confidence to fully participate and engage  Once you practice public speaking. You'll lose any worrisome that you get during so. I know that you can do so much more, just go on and never give up. The outcome will be satisfactory.

 

On the bright side, you'd make a great team player. Put in mind that there's no a great leader without a great team. Although we can see that you'll also be a great leader afterwards. Your handwork and eagerness to enhance your skills will get you there. I expect so much more of you because I know you are a "Doer" as in a person with amazing strength and smart enough to plan ahead.
