Professional Information: 

 

 You continue to be excellent in your academic presentation, both in the sessions and rehearsals/workshops.  You are an AC who devotes a great amount of personal effort and interest to your  daily activities. As one  would expect, evaluations of your performance remain very high in all categories.  

 

 You Participating in AIMUN, as part of the Academic Committee, the development of a new course and  your  contributions led to significantly the oeverall success of the Committee and the model. Above all, you  remain  open and receptive to comments and suggestions as to how you can grow and improve. In that  regard I  commend you for the ways in which you have responded positively to some of the things you and  I have  discussed during previous reviews, as well as in less formal settings. You are making an  outstanding  contribution to your fellows and to the instructional program of AIMUN.

 

 In addition to your assigned responsibilities, you volunteer to serve regularly on committees and take a  great  deal of time to present extra sessions or aid with the workshops. Your colleagues find you to be quite  candid  in discussions but always ready to listen and be a team player.

 

 And for that and more I congratulate you on becoming the "Best AIMUN'14 Academic member".

HR Commentary

 

Starting with the interviewing phase, you have offered a huge dedication to the project, putting the project as one of your priorities. Through the sessions, you have proven to be the most flexible Academic Committee member, which gave you the ability to work with everyone in your team. You have the team spirit and the creativity that provides you the capabilities of being a true leader. I’m waiting to hear about you as the best civil-society orator.

 

A Piece of Advice: think more pragmatically when you have an idea to execute; most of your innovative ideas when executed lacked only good organization. Only through organizing your ideas and plans, you might be able to control what will happen.

Head's Commentary

 

The moment I have seen you in the interview, I have sensed this passion coming out of your eyes.The positive energy that was dominating every inch in your body was truly exhilarating. Keep up the great work, focus on making a positive change and a difference in this world.

 

Finally, I have an advice for you my friend; I want you to always bear in mind that the separator between self-confidence and vanity is nothing but a mere thread.
