summary:-

 During the first period of the sessions, you were calm, friendly, and seem to have a certain view of how to  do things.

 However; picking a fight was easy-i.e you get angry fast for someone who appear very calm- at  some  point you lacked concentration, and you were afraid to speak in-front of people.

 

 As your coach I wish you address these issues about your self and start acting upon improving yourself.

 

Conference:-

 You were most of the time taking the front seat; which work well & active!
