Your relationship with your colleagues is unique and your calm yet very sweet  personality makes it easier for those around you to be themselves, do not ever lose this quality.

 

 We haven’t talked much but I could tell that you are courteous and objective which is rare for most!  However I want you to keep improving this part in you. Keep learning how differentiate between your  professional and personal Identity and knowing that you are now an hr I am sure you will gain the later  mentioned skill.
