Professional Information: 

 

 Your performances continue to be excellent as evaluated by your peers. I concur with that assessment  based on my observations of your presentations and instructional materials. I applaud your success in the  instructional activities. I also want to express my sincere appreciation and that of the committee’s for your  contributions.

 

 The majority of your activities and efforts are directly related to instructional innovations and profound  interest of personal development.

 

 In general, your governance and service activities continue to be adequate and in line with your  assignments. However, I encourage you to take the lead.

 

 For the reasons I have indicated, I consider your overall performance to be satisfactory with remarkable  potential for improvements. As mentioned, I would like to see you focus on body language. I would also  encourage you to visit and observe in some of your colleagues' sessions to see how they are conducted. I  expect you to take more of a leadership role. I believe you need to get more involved with your team and  your audience.

Having someone with your knowledge in AIMUN’14 was one of the reasons of its distinction. Thank you for the effort you excreted either when trying to find new information or practicing how you’ll deliver it to the delegates. I believe that AIMUN’14 has influenced your personality as much as you have influenced it with your contribution. We’re waiting to see more of you. You have all the potentials to be a great presenter, so never hesitate.

Head's Commentary

 

If Oxford would ever ask for an icon for the word “Perseverance”, I believe you will be the best icon. Tamer you were a live example on how to face fear. I really am grateful to you on showing me how it is important to face your fear so courageously. I ask you to always persevere and face all your fears and always be strong.

I believe in you Tamer, and I know that this world will change to the better because of you. It was a great pleasure working with you and I wish you all the best.
