 I especially appreciate your outstanding work ethics-commitment, attitude, creativity and your remarkable  team effort. I know there are times when it’s tough to stay motivated and perform well, but you showed a  strong commitment to your goals and I appreciate that. You are a courteous, and positive. Keep it up!
