Professional Information: 

 

 Your performances continue to be average as evaluated by your peers. I concur with that assessment  based on my observations with your committee and through sessions. I also want to express my sincere  appreciation and that of the committee’s for your contributions and the urge for improvement

 

 If we look at the chart below; your attitude with your team members and delegates was very good.

 You  built  a good rapport with others. For your commitment, it was average! Through session time, you  couldn’t  control well the side talks of delegates; whenever a crisis would occur you tried your best to  manage  however you need to improve that aspect of you!  You should focus more on how to manage your  time  and  to give the best of you in anything.

 

 

 In summary, and for those reasons as we discussed, it is my judgment that your overall performance is  average and in need of improvement, as more was expected from you, and I know you can show promise!
