 During the model you have shown great enthusiasm towards change. your participation was good during  sessions, and workshops. However more was to be expected.

 

 You are friendly, calm and your overall social manners are quite good. If I may I recommend you  participating one more time as a delegate to further improve your leadership skills; I want you to take  more initiative. Then I would very much like you to apply as an OC I can see you as one you have great  potential

 

Conference:-

 During the conference as depicted below your teamwork and leadership seem to be of balance yet I want  you to be more involved! Your credibility was highly noted and the rapid change was also clear. I would  like  to commend on your communication skills as simple it is it gets through the other party easily and  during  the three days there was great improvements.
