Summary : - 

 

 During the Preparatory stage, you were very anxious towards what you were about to face during our  Model  but certainly you had this determined look which explains a lot why you wanted to be part of our  model and  how much you wanted to experience it. Your participation during our sessions was effective  although we  were expecting more from you as you were among many young school students so it would  have been  great if you could share more of your deep thoughts with this age verities.

 

 Obviously you were so friendly among your friends, you seek to recognize, understand everything, and you  were tactful, diplomatic, cooperative and open-minded.

 

 

Conference:-

 

 During this phase I will never forget the conflicts that you faced with your partners and how your reacted  towards all this difficult period, it was really remarkable that you showed how much you are committed,  organized and keen on showing your delegation. However, I wished you could had some skills to deal more

 with your partners as you were the eldest thus of course you could have guided them. All in all I should say  that Salma the person we saw during the interview is different from the one we saw in the conference you  were enthusiastic, confident and professional, indeed that was the same result you wanted to reach when  you decided to start all this journey.

 

 My only advice for you is to apply on any upcoming Models on a higher positions I am sure they would be  glad to have such a credible person like you.
