 Your performances continue to be average as evaluated by your peers. I concur with that assessment  based on my observations of your presentations and instructional materials. I also want to express my  sincere appreciation and that of the committee’s for your contributions and the urge for improvement.

 I urge you to continue to practicing for you do have great potential.

 

 In general, your control and team oriented view continue to be adequate and in line with your assignments.

 Next year, I hope you will come back even stronger and give it truly your all.

 

 For the reasons I have indicated, I consider your overall performance to be satisfactory with improvements  needed. As mentioned, I would like to see you focus on consistency in your instructional program. I would  also encourage you to visit and observe some of your colleagues' sessions to see how they are conducted  while keeping the interest of delegates. I expect you to take more of a leadership role and to attend and  contribute more in the future.

HR Commentary

 

If a presenter holds enough spirit, he can convince his audience that pigs fly. That’s the spirit you hold when presenting. Being able to act at ease and friendly in your first experience as an Academic Committee member wasn’t an easy task for you, however it was a fruitful one.

 

You were able to present how an AC should be starting with being friendly, tolerant, and a good listener.

Ralph Waldo Emerson  once said:“Speech is power: speech is to persuade, to convert, to compel.” And that’s exactly the power you hold as a presenter.

You have shown me the true meaning of kindness Zakaria. Kindness is what we miss in this world. I was really glad that I have worked with you in the past year. Therefore, I ask you to always focus on being better and strong. Also, my advice to you is to always work hard on making this world better and make a difference. I wish you all the best in your life.
