 I especially appreciate your outstanding work ethics-commitment, attitude, and your remarkable team  effort. I know there are times when it’s tough to stay motivated and perform well, but you showed a strong  commitment to your goals and I appreciate that. Keep it up!

 

 Your performance with respect to your normal professional responsibilities appears to be of very good. I  believe your performance in those responsibilities assigned and expected of a media member are  outstanding.
