 During the Preparatory stage, you have shown dedication, passion and commitment. Your proper ethical manner was observed. Your participation was very good during sessions and excellent in workshops. Your fun loving personality and your distinctive confidence was inspirational. Finally, You must know that are a unique team player who has very good leadership potential. Keep it up. 

 

CONFERENCE:- 

 

During this phase, your performance was observed. The chart below shows a comparison between your 3 day conference performance.  specially in the 2nd day, we observed how a great team member you were.  The effort you exerted in the conference's preparations was very obvious, and when you held the front seat place, you've shown very good communication skills regarding your vocal, verbal and visual skills. You just exceeded your time once, that indicates that you need to use more "to the point" sentences.  

 

I understand that you've faced some undesirable situations within your delegation, that I want you to understand that it is noted. I respect your situation. I need you to try to be more stronger yet more flexible and adaptable to the uncomfortable situations that you'll ever face within teams.  

 

The lack of credibility that you find is because you needed to provide actual facts, statistics and evidences to dominate the negotiation.  

 

I want to salute you for your outstanding preparations, also for your remarkable development.  

 

 I expect so much more of you, because I know you are a "Doer" as in a person with amazing strength and smart enough to plan  ahead.
