SUMMARY: -

  During the Preparatory stage, you were friendly, and seem to have a certain objective. Your Participation    was somewhat good during workshops, sessions or online! You are a good team player but I want you to  be  more involved. Keep it up.

 

 

CONFERENCE: -

  During this phase I assigned one of my coaches to observe your performance. The chart below is the    average of the three days.

 

 As it is depicted I recommend you work on your leadership, your participation was very good yet the  message doesn’t seem to get through the other party so, try to formulate proper communication means.  

 On the bright side you’re flexible and a team player. I want you to have more confidence.
