Professional Information:
You continue to be excellent in your HR responsibilities, during in the sessions and during HR activates and delegate’s feedback. As one would expect, evaluations of your performance remain high in all categories.
You Participating in AIMUN, as part of the Human Resources Committee, had significant impact on the overall committee’s performance. You are making valuable contribution to your fellows and to the instructional program of AIMUN.
As your head I couldn’t be more proud never the less there are a few pointers I would like you to take into consideration; when it comes to commitment you are amazing however your judgment during certain times is a bit shaky! I had to question your abilities at these times; yet I have given you the space necessary for you and for me to observe how will you react and the results were satisfactory but I wanted more out of you which I am sure you would have provided. Try to be more rational and separate your professional entity form your personal one! Allow yourself to grow in that aspect and be more open and objective to comments; you are a good analytical individual use this to your advantage.
You are a strong, independent individual and I am sure with experience you will show even more promise!
In addition to your assigned responsibilities, you are someone who can always be counted on. You are someone who is courteous and knowledgeable. Your colleagues find you to be quite supportive.
Keep moving forward and we wish you the best of luck.
Best Regards,
Salma Dehis

HR Commentary
Ever since the beginning of the model you have showed a complete readiness to learn and develop, which made you want to learn more each time. Such desire to learn and not accepting but perfection, makes of you a person who’s determined enough to know what she needs. As you know, you are the tiger of the committee with a dolphin’s heart and as much as you have been harsh when it comes to criticizing others’ performance, you have been gentle and nice to the staff members on the personal level.
Thank you for your contribution in AIMUN’14, I am sure you’ll learn more about what you want in future projects.
May God bless you!
