SUMMARY:-

 

During the Preparatory stage, you were friendly, and seem to have a clear goal. Your Participation was good during the sessions and very good in workshops. You are a unique team player and have very good leader capabilities. Keep it up.

 

CONFERENCE:-

 

During this phase your performance has been observed. The chart shows the differences between the three days and accordingly your development. Your communication and participation were very good. That was very obvious in your speech and your non stoppable rebuttals during the conference. I recommend you use more "to the point" sentences for a better communication. I also recommend you work on your leadership skills because we see a great leader within you. You also need to learn how to be flexible with your teammates a little more. Other than that, your performance was outstanding. We know that you are unique and special, and you should always remember that.
