Professional Information:

 

 Your performance continues to be of good quality as evidenced by my review of your presentations. Your  involvement with your colleagues was somewhat good!  

 

 Your performance with respect to your normal media professional responsibilities appears to be good.  However, you were expected to be more involved! And to have managed your time a bit better for your  commitment was questioned at a certain point! Yet you were a great addition to the team.

 

 I believe your performance in those responsibilities assigned and expected of a media member are  satisfactory. They are certainly not indicative of your normal performance.

 

 For the reasons mentioned above, it is my judgment that your overall performance based on your  evaluations, peer reviews and my observation is just about average! Yet a sign of improvement is noted  and much appreciated and encouraged.
