SUMMARY: -

  During the Preparatory stage, you were calm, friendly, and seem to have a certain view of how to do  things. Your Participation was very good during workshops, sessions or online! You are a good team  player but I want you to be more involved. Keep it up.

 

 Shahed you are bright, you have great qualities just give yourself the chance to explore these traits.

 Be patient all good things come to those who wait, this doesn't mean that you shouldn't take initiative and  create your own opportunities; it means that even though you should take the lead you need to pick the  right moment to do so. I am sure with experience you will come to understand this.

 

 I have faith in you. And I want to hear that you applied as an AC because I know you are one.

 As it is depicted I recommend you work on your leadership, and have more confidence in yourself!
