 Your performance continues to be of very good quality as evidenced by my review of your assigned tasks.

 If we look at the chart below; your attitude was excellent. Your relationship with your team mates was very  good yet we expected more.

 

 For preparations of materials required and your availability to tasks required was less than expected. You  tried to do you your best to manage any crisis.

 

 My advice to you is to be more involve with the team work activities, enjoy the time you spend with your  colleagues. If you do that your work will not forgotten and will be remarkable to all.
