Like all delegates, the first day of the conference was pretty hard, and everyone was confused, but after that you started to know well how to work it out. Your participation was really helpful. Moreover, it appeared like you made enough preparations trying to understand the position that you are simulating.
You showed good level of leadership, discipline, and as I said before self-confidence. However, you need to improve your flexibility while negotiating and debating with other people to reach a common ground that will lead to an effective solution at the end. I believe that with more work on yourself you are going to be a very successful person one day, and I’m sure that your future will be bright.
