Like all delegates, the first day of the conference was pretty hard, and everyone was confused, but after that you started to know well how to work it out. Your participation was really helpful. You showed good level of confidence, credibility, and discipline. However, you need to improve your flexibility little bit more, so you can deal with people with different cultures and backgrounds in an effective way.
